Feel God’s presence and get in touch with the spirit within as we journey into Yoga. Yoga is the body at prayer and is the foundation for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Discover the power of your breath; reconnect with your body through yoga postures and your mind with the discipline of meditation and deep relaxation. Wear loose comfortable clothing; bring a yoga mat or towel, and any yoga props, eg, straps, neck tie, etc. A blanket, jacket and socks will help to warm your body during session.

The twenty movements, done in repetitions of nine, can be performed with ease by anyone, regardless of age or physical condition.
