Discover the power of your breath; reconnect with your body through yoga postures and your mind with the discipline of meditation and deep relaxation. Wear loose comfortable clothing; bring a yoga mat or towel, and any yoga props, eg, straps, neck tie, etc. A blanket, jacket and socks will help to warm your body during session.
