Today many Christians, serious about their relationship with God, looking for God in their life circumstances and desiring to deepen their prayer, participate in spiritual direction. During this program we will define spiritual direction, discuss what a person brings to it and model a session with a spiritual director. The process is simple and the journey is profound.

Christina Yoga is an honoring and a celebration of the body as a Sacred Tabernacle of God. This series is an experience in integration of Body, Mind and Spirit. It is the letting go and releasing of physical and mental limitations that hinder access to the divine. No experience is necessary. Bring a mat or towel, cushion and journal.

Directed Prayer Weekend
A directed prayer weekend is an opportunity for individuals to spend time with God in a personal way. As well as enoying an atmosphere of prayerful silence, each person meets with a spiritual director daily to share what happened in his or her prayer and dialogue with God. It is an occasion similar to the type that Jesus offered the disciples in the midst of their busy ministries and lives: "Come away with me to an out-of-the-way place and rest awhile." (Mark 6:31)
